7 nights accommodation

Meal and Yoga Practice Details
A light pre-practice snack with coffee and tea followed by a 30 minute “empty stomach” yoga practice.
A daily delicious breakfast buffet followed by a full morning practice.
Free time to do as you wish! You can do a daily excursion, book a spa treatment or rest by the pool. Whatever you desire daily between classes!
A late afternoon yoga practice to prepare you for a relaxing evening and restful sleep.
Delicious Dinner!
Ala carte snack and lunch can be purchased and added to your room change if you are on site and not exploring during your daily free time!
Alcohol is available but will be extra and added to your room bill or paid with cash throughout the week.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten- free available when requested. We will collect dietary restriction before you depart for the trip.

There are a variety of excursions that we will all arrange before arriving in Greece. Aegialis will help organize some on arrival but large group activities must be arranged before arrival Prices vary depending on the excursions and size of the group and will be organized by the center upon arrival. Ashley will be in touch to schedule your activities for free time closer to the retreat date!
EXPERIENCES AVAILABLE
Travel to Amorgos
You will want to arrive in Athens, Santorini or another nearby island by the night of Sept 21st. Most students chose to travel before or after in Greece and catch the ferry from that location to Amorgos on the first day of the retreat. Please contact Ashley@jimbennitt.com if you have any questions regarding booking airfares or ferries to arrive at Katapola port on Sept 22 and leaving from Katapola on the 29th.

Jungle Bay is located on the southwest coast of Dominica above the village of Soufriere. Many flights will connect in MIA with a direct flight from MIA to Douglas Charles Airport via the capital of Roseau.

Travel to Castelnou
You will all travel your own way to the Farmhouse. There are a variety of options and some folks will choose to Travel near France before and after the retreat. You can take a scenic drive, flight or train from either Paris (8 hr drive) or Barcelona (2 hour drive) to Perpignan. From Perpignan you can take a personal Taxi for about 25 -30 min to Domaine Madrona.
