We will practice yoga (twice a day), enjoy delicious and healthy meals created by a local chef, have the option to enjoy massage and spa treatments, and explore the town and the surrounding area. The yoga classes will be accessible to all levels and will incorporate classical yoga poses, functional movements, mobility exercise, breathwork, and meditation. Save your room now! There are a variety of excursions and spa treatment that you can arrange with concierge when arriving in Portugal as well as some that we will set up before. Activities are additional and prices vary depending on the excursions and size of the group and will be organized by the center upon arrival. The activities that we plan to organize are:

  • Visit to the nearby Market 

  • Olhao Salt Pans

  • Winery

  • Olive Oil Tasting

  • Traditional Portuguese Ceramic Tile Painting

  • The Large Boat that visits an island + lunch

Travel to Olhao

The journey from Faro airport should be no more than 20 mins.

Once students are booked we will help arrange private cars and give options to ride share for economic value. We will set up your transfers for you.

If you are traveling from LISBON

Transport options are: coach, train, plane or private transfer [all will need a minimum of 3-3.5hrs. NOTE: trains and planes will be to Faro, from where a taxi on to Olhao will be needed for last leg of the journey (approx20min)]

The same as from Faro, you are booked we will help arrange private cars and give options to ride share for economic value. We will set up your transfers for you. If you would like a private car straight from Lisbon that is an option as well.

  • $500 non-refundable deposit is due in order to hold your spot

  • 50% of the remaining balance is due by Nov 1st, 2025

  • Full remaining balance is due by March 1st, 2026
