When you train with Jim expect to sweat a little, breathe a lot, and leave with the mental clarity that defines yoga.

His classes incorporate functional movements, mobility exercises, breathwork, and meditation.

Jim originally took up yoga in 1997 as a way to help heal back pain, but soon after, discovered how the practice affects not only the body but also the mind and spirit. He began teaching in 2002 and co-founded Tejas Yoga in 2009. Jim is also a former college wrestler and holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
